Forward SpareRoom enquiry emails to your private Vetta address. Each one is cleaned, scored against your ideal tenant and filed in your leads with a reply drafted — nothing is ever sent without you.
Loading your forwarding address…
Gmail
Settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → add your Vetta address, confirm it, then Filters → create a filter with From @spareroom.co.uk and choose “Forward it to” that address.
Outlook
Settings → Mail → Rules → Add new rule, condition From contains spareroom.co.uk, action Forward to your Vetta address.
